Our Family's Journey Through Time
The Jones Family Reunion for 1980 was shortened because of the illness of David Jones, who was hospitalized due to a heart attack.
He came home in time to celebrate his 85th birthday. There were 39 people present and cake, ice cream and the usual fare were served.
For the record there were 2 births and 1 marriage this year. Mark and Rose Jones became parents of their second daughter, Theresa Lynn On February 4th, 1980. Cheryl and Paul Cash became parents of a daughter, Shauna Michelle on February 26, 1980. Richard Heidenreich and Virginia Gaston were married on May 31st, 1980.
